As everyone knows I’m a huge fan of Disney/Pixar, and I’m totally excited about their new film Rapunzel…so I’m roughing out a sketch for my little niece (the Boss), Asia…it’ll be a two part sketch with the following and a shot of her looking out of the tower with her hair flowing down..i’ll update the post once i finish…unfortuately i’m gonna be outta town this holiday weekend…so here’s an early look at what i got so far…

Been awhile since my last, but I’ll be dropping more stuff from now on… working on sketching the beauty that is the woman. Inspired by Daniel Simon’s pin up style sketches of women. Let me know your feedback (honest stuff only, you can’t hurt my feelings!) Oh I just added a few layers in photoshop but also posted the base sketch. I tried to make here look sexy, but she looks scared…haha

I’m trying out different styles. Pilot Hi-Tec C’s do not work well over Verithins
i was looking at some artwork for a video game called “Magna Carta II” and i was really inspired to draw some weapons and muscles. i started thinking up a story for this fellow as i was drawing too.
Here is one of my paintings, from a collection of old school Rock and Roll musicians. Jimi Hendrix has always been a big inspiration to me, and this painting captures that. I have many more that I will be posting, so please check back. I just got the Daniel Simon book and decided that I needed to threw this down in prisma, sharpie and chartpak on cheap trace. Lineweight? Lineweight! Thanks Daniel for great inspiration!
